Peter-John Guy (PJ)
​Vicar

Pj has been the vicar at Christ Church Horam since 2011, having previously served curacies at All Souls Eastbourne and All Saints Lindfield.  PJ is married to Gerda and they have three grown-up children.  He supports Newcastle United, enjoys regularly getting out on his bike and loves windsurfing all year round.  The windier and wavier the better!  He plays guitar and also has a passion for making sourdough bread, kefir and keeping chickens.

Ann Procter
​PCC Member

Ann has been involved with the parish on and off since 1949. Firstly at St James, Vines Cross and  latterly at Christ Church. She now leads on prayer and welcome. She is also the chairman of the ecumenical Horam Christian Care Group.
Ann is a retired physiotherapist and worked in the NHS for 42 years.
Part of a large family she has two sons and two grandsons, and enjoys using her campervan and going to opera and the theatre.

Maryanne Ford Church Warden

Maryanne has been a member of Christ Church for 35 years(!!), she is a long standing member of the team of Church wardens. Maryanne has seen many changes to the church over the years with it now being an Evangelical Church. Our church family have supported Maryanne through many difficulties she has faced and considers the members her second family.

 Maryanne is a qualified nurse and has had many years of experience working with the elderly in community hospitals. Her wonderful family have just received a beautiful new Grandson to add to her two granddaughters. She loves being a Nana to her grand children.

Davina Jones Church Warden

Davina has been a member of Christ Church for 5 years, she is a member of the team of Church Wardens, she loves helping with Jumping Beans and providing fun activities for families within the church. Davina is passionate about our church family, she received such a warm welcome from all at Christ Church Horam. It has become important to her to extend the same warm welcome to all she has met through the various church ministries

Davina has two sons who have left the nest, in her spare time she enjoys looking after her three lovely dogs and two cats!
